I love my range…just a hiccup

I purchased this range last year. The oven stopped working after about 7 months and the company replaced it since there are no repair people in my small town. It works like a charm. The only issue it has now is that no matter what temperature I put, the oven puts it 25 degrees lower. If I repeat it then it registers the right temp. I love my stove, but it shouldn't be this hard.

Every thing works as advertised. But I didn't know that the fan for the oven ran in not only air fryer mode but also in regular oven mode. It can really heat a house up. Great for winter' not summertime.

This range had everything I was looking for. Assorted capacity burners with flat grate over entire stove top. Convenient knob placement, that didn't stick out too far. Large capacity oven with air-fry/ convection capacity. Added bonus is wifi capability. It even tells my TV when the oven is ready

this stove is garbage. we bought it in august 2020. weve noticed over the last few weeks that things arent baking correctly at all! set the temperature to 350, 10 minutes after its preheated and food is in, noticed its not cooking as it should. turn temp up to 355 and notice that even though the temp said it was at 350, its starting at 297!!! had a tech come out that said that nothing is wrong with the stove and that samsung finds that a temp variant of 40-50 degrees is acceptable! how can you possibly cook something correctlh if the temp is 40-50 degrees where it should be???? do not buy!!!

we purchased the previous model (now discontinued) of this range about a year ago. all the functions are intuitive and easy to use. but, we are very disappointed in the finishes. the cast iron grates are difficult to keep clean and have begun to rust. we kept a wood cutting board on an adjacent counter and it as well as the normal bumping of the front surface have chipped the black stainless finish. additionally, the black stainless appears to be an applied finish and is flaking near where the oven door handle is attached. the finish is much too fragile for normal daily use. we're beyond the one year warranty so out of luck. if you want a range that looks pretty, but is seldom used, the black stainless is for you. otherwise stick with stainless steel or black enamel.
