my glass top cracked while cooking an egg on small frnt lft burner, i have tried to get replacement but not available/don't make them no more, stove is just over 1yr old so just out of warranty very disappointed/fustrated in product because of this, now it looks like i have to get a new stove so makes me even more unhappy they're not cheap

The range has good features and mostly performs well. The top burners work as they should, quick to heat and easy to control. The oven does not perform as well. It takes longer than it should to reach the desired operating temperature. And it has an annoying quirk -- it signals that the desired temperature has been reached about 7-10 minutes before that temperature actually is reached. We had it checked under warranty and were told that the heating element and control panel were functioning as they should, so this must be a design flaw. Yes, it's a minor annoyance, but still an annoyance that is unnecessary.

I am happy with the stove but I am surprised that there is so much confusion with the warranty. On the web site there shows a 5 year warranty on the burner and the dealer only gave me a one year. This is something Samsung could be a little more clear on! I called their product services and they couldn't explain it either. I am still looking forward to upgrading my kitchen with more Samsung products.

Recently married and have had glass top stoves in my parents home since they were available... This was my husbands & I first major appliance purchase for our apartment.. I can't believe how much these stoves have changed for the better. The ability to use a large burner as a small burner also... Duel control is GENIUS... The Convention oven, Bread Proofing, Warmer burner. I could go on forever with the abilities and functions this appliance offers.. I LIVE IN THE KITCHEN FOOD KEEPS THE FAMILY TOGETHER!! This is the perfect Oven/Stove to have to relish in those quite loving times at the table with the ones you love.. My Parents taught myself & my brother to cook at an early age... My father is jealous of our purchase and hopes to be able to purchase the same model... This Model is perfect for beginners and experienced Chefs... Way to go Samsung as usual.. Never dissatisfied..

We've had the new range for almost a week and we find it very easy to use and enjoy all the features. We were familiar with dual burners and a warmer, both which we use frequently, but the convection oven is new to us and has reduced baking time 30-50% ---which saves time, and conserves energy and therefore money.My wife has baked cookies and I've made homemade granola using the convection method and both were very successful experiments, so we'll be using it often. Also, the range is very easy to operate and actual temps seem to be spot on. Very happy!
