What can I say? We absolutely love this dishwasher. It is the best dishwasher we have ever had. I love the stainless tub inside. It really cleans the dishes and there are many options for cycles to choose from. I love how the utensil racks are secured in place with the hooks, the upper rack drops down to create more space and there is yet another rack on top for big knives, servers, etc. That rack can also drop down. I love to set it on auto dry as it opens the dishwasher a few inches after dry cycle to let air in and by morning my dishes are dry and shiny!! Buy this dishwasher, it is well worth the money. Bosch is a very well trusted brand. Love it!!

After many weeks of use this machine works just fine. I'm sure it will serve us well. Installation was simple with easy to follow directions wtih video examples via qr codes. I don't particularly like the open/close mechanism/latch but it works fine. Something about the haptics don't appeal to me. All in all a decent machine I hope it lasts.

Great dishwasher, door gets water spots

This is a great dishwasher, very quiet and does a good job cleaning. I love having the door pop open so that we can run it as we leave on a trip, and the dishes aren't sitting damp the whole time. My only complaint is that the stainless door does get water spots. Also, factory setting doesn't have it turn off when it's done, you'll need to change the settings for that to be done. Factory settings also don't have the door pop open when done, you'll have to change that as well.

I used to really love Bosch. My previous home was all Bosch (from the dishwasher to the dryer) however in our new home, we purchased a new diswasher - this 500 series - and it lasted a number of months (9 months total) before dying. They have been out to fix but couldnt find an issue and went to run it again, and it doesnt work. It will run through a cycle when unloaded however if any weight is inside, it stops short mid cycle. I have had nothing but problems with this machine.

Worth the wait

This is a work horse and I really appreciate some of the features of this Bosch which replaced my much older model. The red light reflected on the floor when the dishwasher is in operation, nice upgrade. The adjustable racks, brilliant! And the Auto Air feature is so appreciated. It's a treat to open the door and find all its contents perfectly dry. Yes, I'm a fan and recommend this dishwasher without hesitation.

It was worth the wait. Finding a Bosch dishwasher can be tough these days. I checked out half a dozen stores that said they were out of inventory and were not able to get any more. I finally found a store that said they would have more in a month - so I waited, and then waited another 3 weeks for installation. It was worth it. It's super quiet - except for the red "on" light I wouldn't even know it was running. And it cleans and dries perfectly. And I love the 3rd rack - it adds so much more room for small items.

Easy to Fit a LOT of dishes!

Had to get a dishwasher fast after last one (other brand) flooded the kitchen. So far a good dishwasher. Lots of space and easy to configure any type of dish/bowl/plate. Only thing I would say is a bit odd is the drying on plastic requires the air dry function, but otherwise no issues.

I'm on my third or fourth Bosch dishwasher in many years. Bosch has maintained and even improved on the performance of their dishwashers, while keeping them really quiet. The only downside to this wonderful dishwasher is that to close it, you touch the stainless steel at the top (difficult to use the pocket to close it when the door is fully open. This leads to fingerprints and smudges on the top of the door.

We replaced our 20 year old Bosch dishwasher with this one. Our new model was supposed to be even quieter than our old one. Well, it is louder!!! And our dishes come out dripping wet. Also, the first one delivered by Lowes had a huge dent in the top when removed from the box. So, if I could have my old Bosch back and working, I would be much happier!

After getting fed up with our old dishwasher not getting dishes clean, we decided to look for a new one. Bosch is worth the extra money. Our dishes come out sparkling! Dirty dishes that have been sitting in a bedroom for a week come out clean. No pre-washing necessary! The only negatives are the third shelf is a bit low so water bottles will not fit upright and plastic dishes will come out wet if you don't allow enough drying time with the door shut. I highly recommend this dishwasher!

Been Used For About 3 Months

Over ten years ago we bought a Bosch Dishwasher and liked it well. Only we had to replace it because of parts that were no longer available. Be cause we liked the previous Bosch so well, we replaced it with another Bosch Dishwasher. To date, we like the new dishwasher. There's a little learning curve as to how to load the new dishwasher compared to the older one, but that's on us. One thing that seems to be a really nice feature is the third drawer. This works quit well for standard sized utensils. The cycle we use runs longer than what the other dishwasher did. Also, having the control on the top edge of the door rather than the face took a bit of getting use to. Overall, we very happy with the performance of the new Bosch dishwasher

Had a previous dishwasher that only lasted 3 years and just recently replaced it with a Bosch dishwasher. I read many positive reviews when deciding what to purchase and so far every on epurpose f them was correct. This is a wonderful dishwasher. Super quiet and the air dry function is really helpful to save some energy. It loads a little different then my dishwashers if the past, but easy to adapt to. I really like how quiet the SHM65Z55N is. It does a great job getting dishes clean. The only small issue I have is wishing the clean light would remain on after a cycle is finished. After an auto dry cycle, the dishwasher quickly reverts to flashing the auto wash light and time.

This is our second Bosch. Our first one lasted sixteen years with no problems. This 500 series is so quiet. We feel the bottom rack is larger than our previous one because the silverware racks are on the side. However, we have the third top rack for silverware, which we love. If you take a little time when loading its makes unloading a breeze. We love the auto open when the cycle is done. We can't say enough good about this dishwasher.

Very difficult to operate! Not easy to get it to start instantaniously. Leaves water on dishes and everything has to be wiped off even when allowed to sit for several hours. Comsumers report said it was the best! It is very, very quiet!

My husband installed the dishwasher and it works great! Love all the settings and features. Had it for one month still doing geeat. No leaks, silent, automatic pop up, love the light feature, and removes baked on build up. 10/10 would recommend.
