When the fan is on and I have water boiling or food cooking on stove top the humidity doesn't get absorbed by the fan. The fan is in high or 4. When the cooking stops the microwave front is all wet. Have to dry every time. I am concerned the humidity will go under where the controls are and one day they will no longer work. I did not purchase extended warranty. Now I am quite concerned.

This microwave has a number of features that gives a variety of functions in a small space. I probably won't use the convection feature often, but when I do fix large meals, it will be nice to have another cooking option besides the main oven. I like the 30 second quick button and the popcorn setting. It looks great and works well. So far, I love it!

Disappointing

Door enamel 4/30/2022

Microwave was selected and installed by builder, but I was thrilled as this is a beautiful and reputable brand. Unfortunately a piece of the enamel flaked off during the first week of use. The company agreed to cover it as part of the cosmetic warranty but with no reps in the area, instead provided the name of local appliance service companies. None of them would not even come look at it without a call or email directly from Bosch. Bosch has not followed through with that request and now I am outside the "cosmetic" window. I really would have been happy with them sending a replacement door.

Convection oven with microwave

Sleek looking Easy to use The only thing I don't like is: when using convection oven there is no option for cooking time So once pre heat temp is reached and food is put in it keeps on cooking until I stop it. My old oven (different company) I was able to put in the cooking time I wanted. That way if I forgot food in there it didn't burn.

Heats Food Quickly and Efficiently

This microwave has a lot of space and works well. The only complaint I have is the small screen scratched super easily when being cleaned with a wet microfiber. I would think that an $800 microwave would have some sort of cover or scratch resistance on the buttons, but it's the same as even the cheap ones. The door is slightly off too and doesn't line up perfectly. It works well for what we need.

When I think of a microwave it's usually Ho Humm we just use it to heat up things, why spend $$. Not any more! The quality and ease to use of BOSCH 800 make it part of my daily cooking. The convection oven works perfectly and I can air fry in it. I don't have to heat up the big oven and I find myself using it more than any other microwave I've previously owned. The stainless inside is a plus for cleaning. The outside is beautiful and matches the rest of my black stainless appliances.

So far so good, great sensor reheat. Powerful, love the convection feature, and looks great in our remodeled kitchen with other Black steel appliances. I guess this is a question as opposed to a complaint. But even with a bump out kit installed this thing vents straight up onto my cabinets. So....I have to open them up to not get moist air on them. Why straight up? And is there a deflector available.
